Despite the vast availability of personal metrics and health apps, people struggle to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

You will be required to conduct user research to understand people’s relationships with mental, physical, and emotional well-being to develop a tool that will drive them to action.

So, you will need to re-imagine how people can adopt and maintain a routine that enhances their well-being.

Quantitative Research

I conducted a survey and received 50 responses from individuals who have plants in their homes as part of my quantitative research.

Survey Results

93.4% of people believe that having an indoor plant can improve their overall mood and well-being.

95.5% of people feel very bad when they see their plant in bad condition.

75.5% of people believe that having plants in their house can reduce stress levels.

93.3% of people believe that taking care of plants can instill a sense of responsibility.

Qualitative Research

I interviewed five users who have plants in their homes.
