this project, we worked as a team on an e-commerce Our project was all about helping local shops and professionals get noticed on the internet. it’s like when you search for something online and find stores nearby. Many small businesses don’t show up there, and we wanted to change that. Having a strong online presence means more people can find them, just like finding a store on a busy street.

Insights
people usually find a restaurant by word of mouth and friend
The majority of users search on Google and Instagram
Users also preferred to book reservations online through the website
most of the user calling options which is available on Google or Instagram don’t work properly
user also like to look a menus and food pictures before going to the restaurant
Competitive analysis Stakeholder interviews
during analysis, we found out that most of the restaurants serve Portuguese food, and mainly their source of income comes from tourists the most important insights we collected was most of them don’t have a website and they all use Instagram and Google for marketing.
we also do our research on restaurants that have a website and find out that the majority of them have menus, about us, and reservation options available.
Problem Statment
The user needs to have certain information about the restaurant before choosing where to eat and needs to book a reservation because he has limited time and needs to make a good impression.
